Your privacy is a top priority for us, and our Privacy Policy details the measures we take to protect your information. By using TrueBrides.com, you agree to these terms. We want to be transparent that while we employ strong security protocols, no internet transmission can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Therefore, any information you send to TrueBrides.com is done with the understanding that it could potentially be intercepted by others, despite our best efforts to protect it.

Your use of TrueBrides.com is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. By agreeing to these terms, you also agree to the terms of that policy.

You must be at least 18 years old to register for an account and use our Service. You may only have one account on TrueBrides.com at any given time. Your registration is a binding contract with us for the use of TrueBrides.com, which offers both free and paid features. For any paid services, by completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the services you choose at the listed price.

We reserve the right to deny or cancel your membership if you violate our rules or if the information you provide is found to be inaccurate, in violation of Visa/MasterCard regulations.

You are entirely responsible for all content you post on your profile, as well as the messages and materials you share with other members.

Membership is not permitted where prohibited by law.

By using TrueBrides.com, you confirm that you have the legal right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and will follow all of its terms. You may not allow others to use your account, nor may you assign or transfer it to anyone else.

This Agreement remains in full effect as long as you use TrueBrides.com or maintain a membership. You can choose to terminate your membership at any time for any reason by sending a written notice to our customer support team.

We also reserve the right to terminate your membership for any reason, with or without providing an explanation, by sending a notice to the email address you used for registration.

If we terminate your membership without cause, we will provide a prorated refund for any unused paid fees.

However, if your membership is terminated because you violated this Agreement, or if you request the termination, you will not be eligible for any refund of unused fees for TrueBrides.com or its additional services.

Even after your membership is terminated, the terms of this Agreement will still apply.

Upon registering, you'll have access to a range of free services. To unlock our premium features and communicate with other members, you will need to purchase credits.

Available services may include:
  - Browsing other Member profiles.
  - Having your profile included in our database.
  - The ability to edit your profile.
  - Reading certain incoming messages.
  - Responding to messages if you have a positive credit balance.
  - The option to purchase credit packages.

Credits are available for purchase in various packages. By purchasing a credit package, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the specified amount. You have a right to a refund for any unused credits within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with EU regulations. Once a credit is used for a service, it is considered consumed and is no longer refundable. Credits are for use on the Service only and have no cash value.

Service Pricing:
  - Live Chat: 1 credit per minute.
  - Offline Message: 1 credit per minute.
  - Email: 10 credits per email.
  - Video call service 500 credits for 30 minutes.
  - Sending Virtual gifts from 1 to 1000 Credits per item.
  - Present delivery up to 10000 Credits per item.
  - Photo/Video (Sending/Viewing): 10 credits per photo.

Users who currently reside in Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Venezuela, or the occupied territories of Ukraine are not allowed to register. Gift delivery services are not available for the occupied territories of Ukraine.

Free Communication status is a complimentary service that enables users to communicate with another user at no charge after an expenditure of 1,500 credits. These credits must be spent on communication, video calls, gifts, and the sending or unlocking of photos with that specific user.

Once activated, this status provides complimentary access to live chat and email services with the designated user. Please be advised that standard charges will continue to apply for video calls, gifts, virtual gifts, and the sending or unlocking of photos.

The video call service is conducted via Zoom or Google Meet between two users, with a representative participating as host. The representative is responsible for providing translation services and moderating the call for its entire duration.

The cost of the video call includes the translation service, and payment is made through credits on the site.

Gift delivery services are provided by our verified local suppliers. Users purchase and send gifts using site credits through our platform.

Upon successful delivery, suppliers are required to provide a verification photograph of the female recipient with the delivered gifts.

Gift delivery may take up to 10 days. If the gift is not delivered within this timeframe, or if the female recipient is unavailable for delivery, users will receive a full refund of their credits.

TrueBrides.com is intended solely for the personal use of individual members. It cannot be used for any commercial purposes. Organizations, companies, and other business entities are not permitted to become members or use the Service for any reason.

Any illegal or unauthorized use of TrueBrides.com, such as collecting member information for sending unsolicited emails or unauthorized linking to the site, will be investigated. We will take appropriate legal action, which may include civil, criminal, and injunctive measures.

You agree not to create any competing databases, websites, software, or services. Any such activity will be investigated, and we will pursue all available legal remedies.

The Company holds all intellectual property rights to TrueBrides.com and the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, our databases, copyrights, design rights, patents, and trademarks, whether registered or not. These rights are protected worldwide.

Unless the information is in the public domain or you have received explicit written permission from us, you are not allowed to copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any of our proprietary information.

Any engagement, promotion, or facilitation of prostitution, human trafficking, or sex trafficking is strictly prohibited on this platform. We do not tolerate any form of exploitation, and any user found in violation of this policy will be immediately banned.

Users are prohibited from uploading, sharing, or promoting content that involves or supports prostitution, human trafficking, or any related illegal activities.

Users are responsible for the content they post and the activities they engage in on our website. Any suspicious or illegal activities should be reported to our support team immediately.

Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to online conduct, including laws addressing prostitution, human trafficking, and sex trafficking. Any violation may result in legal action.

We will inform and fully cooperate with law enforcement authorities and other relevant agencies in the investigation and prosecution of any illegal activities related to prostitution and human trafficking.

You acknowledge and agree that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to review and delete any content, messages, photos, or other materials ("Content") that we believe violate this Agreement or could be offensive, illegal, or harmful to others.

You are solely responsible for the Content you choose to publish, display, or transmit to other Members.

By posting Content in any public area of TrueBrides.com, you grant us an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully-paid, worldwide license to use, copy, display, and distribute that Content. This also allows us to prepare derivative works or incorporate it into other works, and to grant sublicenses. You confirm that you have the right to grant this license.

Here is a partial list of content that is not allowed on TrueBrides.com. We reserve the right to investigate and take legal action against anyone who violates these rules, including removing the offending content and terminating their membership. Prohibited content includes material that:
  - is offensive to the online community, such as content that promotes racism, hatred, or physical harm;
  - harasses or advocates for the harassment of another person;
  - involves sending "junk mail," "chain letters," or "spam";
  - promotes information you know to be false or misleading, or encourages illegal or abusive activities;
  - promotes illegal copies of copyrighted work, like providing pirated software or links to it;
  - contains restricted or password-protected pages, or hidden images;
  - displays any kind of pornographic or sexually explicit material;
  - exploits people under 18 in a sexual or violent way, or solicits their personal information;
  - provides instructions for illegal activities, like making weapons or creating computer viruses;
  - solicits passwords or personal information from other users for unlawful purposes;
  - engages in commercial activities like contests, advertising, or pyramid schemes without our prior written consent.

Your use of the Service must always comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

You may not include any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URLs, or email addresses in your public profile.

You are also prohibited from including URLs, email addresses, or phone numbers in your private correspondence with other members.

You may not advertise or solicit other members to buy or sell products or services.

Transmitting chain letters or junk email to other members is not allowed.

While we cannot monitor member conduct offline, it is a violation of our rules to use information from the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or to contact or solicit any member without their explicit prior consent.

To protect our members from spam and solicitation, we reserve the right to limit the number of emails a member can send in a 24-hour period.

To enable our chat and messaging features, we process and store the content of your communications. This is necessary to deliver your messages and display your conversation history.

You may not post, share, or reproduce any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without first getting written consent from the owner.

If you believe your work has been copied and posted on our Service in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our copyright agent with the following:
  - A signature (electronic or physical) of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
  - A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
  - A description of where the infringing material is located on TrueBrides.com;
  - Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email);
  - A written statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  - A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on their behalf.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor disputes between you and others.

We provide the Service on an "as is" basis and do not offer any warranties, whether expressed, implied, or statutory. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Furthermore, we do not guarantee that your use of the Service will be secure, uninterrupted, always available, or free of errors. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your needs or that any defects will be corrected. We are not liable for issues related to connectivity and availability.

Although we require every member to agree to these terms, we cannot guarantee that each member is of the minimum required age. We do not accept liability for any content, communication, or use of the Service by individuals under 18 who are in violation of this Agreement.

It is possible that other users (including "hackers") may post or transmit offensive materials, and you may be involuntarily exposed to them. Others might also obtain your personal information through your use of the Service and use it for unintended purposes.

We are not responsible for how others use any personal information you choose to disclose on the Service. Please be careful about the information you post or share.

We disclaim all liability for the actions or omissions of other members or users (including unauthorized users), whether those actions occur during the use of the Service or otherwise.

We are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate content posted on TrueBrides.com, whether caused by users or by the equipment or programming associated with the Service.

We are not responsible for the online or offline conduct of any user or member.

We assume no responsibility for any errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays, communication line failures, theft, or unauthorized access to user communications.

We are not liable for any technical malfunctions of telephone networks, computer systems, servers, providers, or software, nor for any damage to users' computers resulting from using or downloading materials from the Service.

Under no circumstances will we be responsible for any loss or damage, including personal injury or death, resulting from anyone's use of TrueBrides.com or the Service, any content posted, or any interactions between users, whether online or offline.

To provide the Service, TrueBrides.com may purchase services from various third parties (collectively, "Suppliers"). The Suppliers are independent contractors and are not agents or employees of TrueBrides.com. We are not responsible for the willful or negligent acts and/or omissions of any Supplier or any of its respective employees, agents, servants or representatives including, without limitation, their failure to deliver Services, or partial or inadequate delivery of Services. According to the terms of our agreement with our Suppliers, we are prohibited from rendering the Suppliers' contact information.

Services provided by the Suppliers include but are not limited to the following:
  - Suppliers provide full, accurate and legitimate information required for the registration of the Members at TrueBrides.com prior to their registration according to the terms of this Agreement.
  - Suppliers may provide full, correct and quality translation of all correspondence of their Members.
  - Suppliers may provide additional services in accordance with the terms of their agreement with us.

Any additional services requested by Members, which fall into the Suppliers' scope of activity but are not defined by our terms of Agreement with a Supplier, may be processed by the Supplier but are not automatically granted.

We are not in any way responsible for the quality of any additional services provided by the Suppliers. The Website and the Service are provided "as is" and we expressly disclaim any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We cannot guarantee and do not promise any specific results from use of the Website and/or the Service.

We do not interfere in the relationships between members. Members can terminate their accounts at any time. The deactivation of profiles is handled as follows:

  - If a member no longer wishes to use the Services, our support team may review their correspondence and, at their sole discretion, decide on a potential refund. Typically, we may issue up to 10 credits to the "Correspondent" (the other member in the conversation) for their last letter to the deactivated member.

  - If a member deletes their profile for personal reasons, the Correspondent is not entitled to any information about the deletion, as this would violate our Privacy Policy. No refund is generally provided, though we may, at our discretion, issue 10 credits for the Correspondent's last letter.

  - If a member finds a match who is not the Correspondent, the Correspondent is not entitled to a refund for their correspondence with that member.

  - If a member is reported for inappropriate behavior, we may, at our discretion, issue a partial refund to the member who provided verifiable evidence of the violation.

  - If we receive reliable proof of a member's illegal activities or find them on an anti-scam site, we may delete their profile. A partial refund may be issued to the member who provided the irrefutable information.

In no event will we be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of TrueBrides.com or the Service. We are not responsible for damages related to loss of data, loss of programs, or service interruptions, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever, regardless of the form of the action, will always be limited to the amount you paid, if any, to us for the Service during your membership term.

Software from the Website (the "Software") is further subject to United States export controls. No Software may be downloaded from the Website or otherwise exported or re-exported (i) into (or to a national or resident of) Cuba, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Iran, Syria, or any other Country to which the U.S. has embargoed goods; or (ii) to anyone who is listed on the U. S. Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals or on the U. S. Commerce Department's Table of Deny Orders. By downloading or using the Software, You represent and warrant that You are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any such country or on any such list.

This agreement, and any dispute or claim arising from it, will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malta.

All dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only, not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.

An Arbitrator can only award relief (monetary or injunctive) to the individual party seeking it and only to the extent necessary for their individual claim.

No Class Actions: No class action, representative, or private attorney general claims may be pursued in any arbitration under this Agreement.

If a claim proceeds in court instead of arbitration for any reason, both parties waive the right to a jury trial.

Both parties agree that either of us may seek an injunction in court to stop the infringement or misuse of intellectual property rights.

Resolution Process: You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute by contacting our customer service. If we cannot resolve it together, you must use the arbitration process described above.

Chargebacks: Please be aware that if you initiate a chargeback for any transaction, we may be required to disclose your private communications through our Service to validate the charges. In such cases, our privacy policy will not prevent these disclosures.

We have a process for lodging and handling complaints effectively. Your complaint should identify you, describe the incident, and include the date and any evidence you have to support your claim.

To file a complaint, please email our support team at support@truebrides.com. We aim to respond within 24 hours. Please provide any relevant proof and allow us adequate time to conduct an investigation.

You agree to indemnify and hold The Company, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand (including reasonable attorney's fees) made by a third party that arises from:
  - Your use of the Service in a way that violates this Agreement;
  - Any allegation that the content you submit or transmit infringes on a third party's copyright, trademark, or other rights;
  - Any breach of this Agreement or the representations and warranties you've made.

This indemnification applies regardless of any negligence of any party, including any indemnified person.

TrueBrides.com is an internet-based information service that connects members who are interested in forming friendships or romantic relationships. It is not a marriage brokerage, mail-order bride service, or a traditional dating service. We are not obligated to provide dating services to any member. We do not offer escort services or arrange in-person meetings.

Our platform is a welcoming space for users to connect and explore potential relationships at their own pace. All profiles undergo verification to ensure a consistent and engaging environment. While our platform facilitates online connections, any decision by members to meet in person is made independently and at their own risk. We do not arrange meetings and are not responsible for any interactions that occur offline.

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between you and The Company regarding your use of TrueBrides.com and the Service. If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid, the rest of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect.
